Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the PayzCore blockchain monitoring platform ("Platform"). This policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Platform.

PayzCore provides blockchain transaction monitoring and webhook notification services. It is a non-custodial, watch-only service that does not hold, transmit, or have access to any funds.

2. Acceptable Uses

You may use the Platform to:

• Monitor blockchain addresses for incoming stablecoin transfers (USDT, USDC).
• Receive webhook notifications about detected transactions on supported chains.
• Integrate the monitoring API into your own applications, websites, or services.
• Use the SDKs and integration plugins as documented.
• Access and use the API within your plan limits.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

• Facilitate, support, or engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Process transactions involving sanctioned individuals, entities, or jurisdictions.
• Operate or facilitate unlicensed money transmission or payment services where a license is required by law.
• Monitor addresses that you do not own or are not authorized to monitor.
• Engage in fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive practices.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code through webhook endpoints or API integrations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data, or projects.
• Circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or other technical controls.
• Abuse the API with excessive requests intended to degrade service quality.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform software.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute API access without written authorization.
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

4. Compliance Obligations

As a user of the Platform, you are responsible for:

• Ensuring your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction.
• Obtaining any required licenses, registrations, or approvals for your business activities.
• Implementing appropriate KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures for your own users where required by law.
• Maintaining accurate records of your transactions and monitoring activities.
• Responding to lawful requests from regulatory authorities.

5. Security Requirements

You must:

• Keep your API keys, secrets, and credentials confidential.
• Implement webhook signature verification (HMAC-SHA256) on your endpoints.
• Use HTTPS for all webhook URLs.
• Report any security vulnerabilities or incidents to [email protected].
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

6. Rate Limits and Fair Use

The Platform enforces daily rate limits based on your subscription plan. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users and to maintain service quality. Automated systems that intentionally or negligently exceed these limits may be throttled or temporarily suspended.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in:

• Warning notification.
• Temporary suspension of API access.
• Permanent account termination.
• Reporting to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect the Platform, its users, and the broader community. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if we believe a violation has occurred.

9. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
